3. Pricing and Payments

5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped or processed.
- Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. GST collected may be adjusted via a Credit Note subject to GST regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Note: SK ENTERPRISES, its directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
